Compressed biogas-based natural gas shall be inspected in batches, and one operation
shift shall inspect at least one batch every day. Take one sample from one batch for
inspection. When any item in the inspection results does not meet the technical
requirements of the corresponding category in this document, it shall be re-inspected
according to the technical requirements of the next category; if it still does not meet the
requirements, judge the batch of products to be unqualified. The supplier and the buyer
shall negotiate to resolve the synthetic natural gas products that do not meet the indices.
6 Test methods
6.1 Component determination and calculation of high calorific value
Use the methods specified in GB/T 13610, GB/T 33445, GB/T 37182, or other
equivalent methods to determine the hydrogen content, oxygen content, nitrogen
content, carbon dioxide content, carbon monoxide content, methane content, ethane
content, propane content, isobutane content, n-butane content, neopentane content,
isopentane content, n-pentane content, hexane content, heptane content and heavier
alkane component content, olefinic component content and ammonia content in biogas-
based natural gas. When there is any objection to the determination results, use the
method specified in GB/T 13610 as the arbitration method.
The calculation of the high calorific value of biogas-based natural gas shall be
performed according to GB/T 11062.
6.2 Determination of hydrogen sulfide content
Use GB/T 33318, GB/T 28727, GB/T 37182 to determine the hydrogen sulfide content
in the biogas-based natural gas; use the methods specified in GB/T 33318, GB/T
11060.4, GB/T 11060.8 or other equivalent methods to determine the total sulfur
content in biogas-based natural gas. When there is any objection to the above
determination results, use the method specified in GB/T 33318 as the arbitration method.
6.3 Determination of total sulfur content
Use GB/T 33318, GB/T 11060.4, GB/T 11060.8 or other equivalent methods to
determine the total sulfur content in biogas-based natural gas. When there is any
objection to the determination results, use the method specified in GB/T 33318 as the
arbitration method.
6.4 Determination of mercury content
Use the method specified in GB/T 16781.1 to determine the mercury content in biogas-
based natural gas. When using this method, the influence of interfering components on
the determination results shall be analyzed.
6.5 Determination of total chlorine content
Determine the total chlorine content in biogas-based natural gas according to the
method specified in HJ 645. Other equivalent methods are permitted for the
determination of total chlorine content in biogas-based natural gas. When there is any
objection to the determination results, use the method specified in HJ 645 as the
arbitration method.
6.6 Determination of solid particle content
Determine the solid particle content in biogas-based natural gas according to the method
specified in GB/T 27893. Other equivalent methods are permitted for the determination
of solid particle content in biogas-based natural gas. When there is any objection to the
determination results, use the method specified in GB/T 27893 as the arbitration method.
6.7 Determination of water dew point
Determine the water dew point in biogas-based natural gas according to the method
specified in GB/T 17283. For the water dew point under known pressure, it can be
converted to the water dew point under other pressures according to GB/T 22634. Other
equivalent methods are permitted for the determination of water dew point in biogas-
based natural gas. When there is any objection to the determination results, use the
method specified in GB/T 17283 as the arbitration method.
