Quarantine and identification method of grape rot
1 Scope
This document specifies the methods for the isolation, culture, morphological identification, and molecular biological identification of the pathogen of grape rot.
This document is applicable to the quarantine and identification of A. vulgaris on grapes.

4 Classification information of Rhizoctonia solani
Chinese name. Rhizoctonia solani
Taxonomic status. Fungi, Ascomycota, Dothideomycetes, Pleospo-
rales, Pleosporaceae.

5 Principles of the method
According to the disease symptoms, the morphological characteristics and molecular biological characteristics of the isolate, and the specificity of the fungal DNA conserved region
PCR or real-time fluorescent PCR detection, through the change of electrophoretic band size or amplification curve, comprehensive quarantine and identification of pathogens.
