Principle 3
The samples were extracted with dichloromethane, extract with ether - ethanol mixed solvent dissolution, titrated with sodium hydroxide solution using phenolphthalein as

4 Reagents and materials

4.3 standard sodium hydroxide solution, 0.05mol/L.
4.4 phenolphthalein indicator, 10g/L, (4.2) formulated with 95% ethanol, pH range of 8.2 to 10.0, from colorless to pale red.
4.5 a mixed solvent of diethyl ether (4.1) a mixture of 95% ethanol (4.2) in (1/1 by volume); before use each mixed solvent was added 40mL
0.5mL phenolphthalein (4.4) and treated with sodium hydroxide solution (4.3) accurately titrated to neutral (showing reddish).
5. Apparatus
5.1 Analytical balance with an accuracy of 0.1mg.
5.2 water bath, can control the temperature of 90 ℃ ~ 95 ℃.
5.3 Basic Buret, 25mL, the smallest scale 0.05mL.
5.4 magnetic stirrer.
