Foreword
This Standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This Standard replaces GB/T 9764-2009, Tyre valve - Core chambers. Compared with
GB/T 9764-2009, the major technical changes are as follows:
-- Modify the core chamber number and some dimensions and requirements (see
Figure 1, Figure 2 and Figure 3; Figure 1, Figure 2 and Figure 3 of the 2009
edition);
-- Add No. 4, No. 1C, No. 2C, No. 3C and No. 4C core chambers (see Figure 4 ~
Figure 8);
-- Modify Appendix A and Appendix B (see Appendix A and Appendix B; Appendix
A and Appendix B of the 2009 edition).
This Standard uses the redrafting method to revise and adopt ISO 20562:2014 Tyre
valves - ISO core chambers No.1, No.2, No.3 and No.4.
Compared with ISO 20562:2014, this Standard has some structural adjustments.
Appendix A lists the comparison of chapter numbers between this Standard and ISO
20562:2014.
There are technical differences between this Standard and ISO 20562:2014. The terms
involved in these differences have been marked by a vertical single line (|) in the outer
margin position. Appendix B gives a list of the corresponding technical differences and
their reasons.
This Standard also makes the following editorial changes:

This Standard was proposed by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation.
This Standard shall be under the jurisdiction of National Technical Committee on Tyres

1 Scope
This Standard specifies the types, structure types and main dimensions of tyre valve
core chambers
This Standard applies to the tyre valve core chambers of valve cores specified in GB/T
1796.6.

Tyre valve core chambers are divided into No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, No. 1C, No. 2C,
No. 3C and No. 4C, a total of 8 categories.
4 Structure type and main dimensions
4.1 Structure types and dimensions of core chambers
All linear dimensions in this Standard are in millimeters.
The structure types and main dimensions of the core chambers shall comply with the
provisions in Figure 1 ~ Figure 8 and Table 1 ~ Table 4.

Foreword
Chapter 4 of this standard is mandatory, the rest are recommended.
